Mr. Orsborn is President at Donn & Company (DonnCo). Highly respected within the healthcare industry for his expert knowledge and professionalism, he is responsible for the development and implementation of DonnCo’s cutting edge strategies for optimizing managed care programs.  He also oversees the ongoing management of DonnCo client programs.  Mr. Orsborn’s market insight and quantitative aptitude have been critical factors in being able to assess the true performance of managed care vendors across all services and products.

Mr. Orsborn has been with DonnCo since 2002, helping to develop the company’s services with David Donn.  Prior to co-founding DonnCo, he held various positions in finance and strategic management, including the healthcare and higher education group of Standard & Poor’s Public Finance Division, where he covered the healthcare, public housing, and higher education sectors.

Mr. Orsborn has also provided strategy consulting to a variety of financial and technology service companies including H&R Block; Morphozys, a wireless applications and enterprise information security company; and Ameba Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund providing seed capital for technology start-ups.

Mr. Orsborn holds a degree in business from University of California, Berkeley. He resides Los Angeles with his wife and young son.
